Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of high-end luxury products by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify client needs and preferences to recommend suitable luxury products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong negotiation skills and target-driven oriented.
- Having experience in luxury sales and databases is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
