Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of high-end luxury products by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify client needs and preferences to recommend suitable luxury products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills and target-driven oriented.
  • Having experience in luxury sales and databases is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
