Responsibilities:
● Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that resonate with the target audience.
● Experiment with creative trends to increase brand visibility and engagement.
● Manage the TikTok account, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely updates.
● Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster engagement.
● Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns.
● Occasionally execute live stream sessions on platforms.
Requirement & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in managing TikTok or short-form video platforms for brands as a
content creator (1- 2 years)
● Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and create viral content.
● Strong storytelling and creative skills for ideating compelling content.
● Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut)
● Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behavior.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluent in english is and experienced handling in fashion and beauty is a plus
