Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance HR Consultant to support our Indonesian-based team. This role requires expertise in recruitment, attracting top talent in Singapore, HR operations, expatriation formalities, and other HR aspects. The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of the Singapore industrial market and a proven track record in the professional HR field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including managing the overall recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support in HR operations, including but not limited to industrial relations, managing expatriate processes, work permits, visas, relocation, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Offer expert HR advice and guidance to the Indonesia HR team and the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in the Singapore market.
Requirements
- Singapore citizen, SPR, or holding a legal pass to work in Singapore is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the human resources field.
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Understanding the luxury and niche industries is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strategic and creative approaches.
