Responsibilities:
- Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
- Create and develop creative content that drives sales.
- Develop and execute content plans, including video production, editing process, and managing social media accounts.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Build and engage the digital community by replying promptly to inquiries and ensuring conversions.
- Provide feedback to the team to continually improve content quality.
- Monitor sales flow, stock, and shipment.
- Stand by for inquiries and ensure effective follow-ups to drive conversion.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales/BD field or key account management in a related industry
- Energetic and outgoing interpersonal
- Good notion in verbal and written English
- Target-oriented, high integrity, and trustworthy
- Creative with a passion for creating engaging content
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Have an eye for design or photography
- Familiar with social media features and trends
- Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team
- Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Having experience in Jewelry/Lux Brands is a plus.
- Time management skills.
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday (11.00 - 19.00)
Work Setup: Offline (WFO)
