Responsibilities:
Customer Data Validation & Entry
Review and update customer information in CRM to ensure data is complete and accurate
Perform regular audits to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect data entries
Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve or verify incomplete customer information
Broadcast Content Preparation
Support the scheduling and execution of regular digital customer broadcasts (Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Assist in segmenting customer lists according to defined targeting criteria
Ensure timely and accurate content delivery based on broadcast calendar
Monitoring & Reporting
Track broadcast performance (delivery rates, open rates, click-through, bounce, etc.)
Maintain reporting logs and share weekly summaries with the CRM/Marketing team
Recommend improvements based on insights from data accuracy and engagement performance.
Coordination & Documentation
Support documentation of SOPs for data maintenance and broadcast scheduling
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment and messaging accuracy
