Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run CRM Plan or initiatives for both digital and retail customers.
  • Work with Growth Lead and sales team to define customer segmentations.
  • Manage and run all cross-selling efforts across categories.
  • Work with Product Team and Sales Enablement Team to ensure proper necessary tools and tracking are implemented or created to run all CRM efforts.

Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any related field in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Management, or Marketing.
  • Has around 2 to 3  years experience as a CRM Specialist or Associate.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects in marketing or growth.
  • Proven track record in running successful CRM projects.
  • Strong with data and proficient in using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Having an Ecommerce or other Tech Companies background is a plus.
