Job Description:

Carry out all general repairs included but not limited to battery jobs, part jobs, changing watch strap, and chronograph servicing
Develop adequate tools or processes to correct issues that can arise during the repair process
Carry out checks on the functioning of quartz and mechanical movements
Quality control own work to ensure high quality standards are met
Correct operation of machinery in accordance with safety procedures given
Develop and maintain an in-depth current product and brand knowledge
Maintain a clean and efficient space in personal and common work areas
Comply with all policies and procedures, as well as departmental standards and methodology

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical assembly and/or watch repair quick-service experience
Must possess excellent attention to detail as this position will require exceptional eye/hand coordination
Excellent communication and comprehension skills to attend to customers' requests for repairs
Familiarity with luxury watch brands (i.e. Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, etc)
Demonstrated ability to self-start, work independently, maximize productivity and workflow
Highly professional with heavy focus on quality of service
Independent individual with good communication skills, reliable and trustworthy
