We are looking for a Senior Logistic Officer, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”
Responsibilities
Airfreight Import & Export Operations
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments for luxury watches, bags and accessories.
- Coordinate cargo bookings with airlines and freight forwarders.
Monitor shipment schedules, transit timelines and cargo status to ensure timely delivery.
Handle urgent, priority and high value shipments with proper monitoring and escalation.
- Ensure secure packing, labeling and shipment handling according to luxury product standards.
Domestic Delivery Operations
- Coordinate local and intercity deliveries to boutiques, customers, warehouses and business partners.
- Liaise with domestic courier and transportation vendors to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Arrange same-day, urgent or special handling deliveries for high value products.
- Ensure all domestic shipments are packed securely and comply with company SOPs.
Import & Export Documentation
- Prepare and review shipping documents including:
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill (AWB), Delivery Orders, Domestic shipping documentation
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
- Verify HS code classification and shipment declarations.
- Customs Clearance & Compliance
- Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities for smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor import duties, taxes and customs requirements.
- Resolve customs holds, shipment delays or clearance issues proactively.
- Ensure all import/export and domestic logistics activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, QC, operations and sales teams regarding shipment schedules and stock movement.
- Ensure shipment updates in the system.
- Support stock transfer arrangements between warehouse, boutiques and external partners.
Reporting & Shipment Monitoring
- Maintain organized shipment, customs and delivery records.
- Prepare shipment status and logistics performance reports.
- Monitor freight and delivery costs to support operational efficiency.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in import/export, airfreight or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international airfreight shipment processes and customs clearance procedures.
- Experienced in handling domestic delivery coordination and courier management.
- Familiar with shipping documentation such as:
>Air Waybill (AWB)
>Commercial Invoice
>Packing List
>Delivery Order
>Customs declaration documents
- Good understanding of HS Code classification, Incoterms, import duties and shipping regulations.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, airlines, customs brokers and local courier vendors.
- Able to monitor and manage urgent, time-sensitive, and high value shipments.
- Experience handling luxury goods, watches, fashion, jewelry, or high-value products is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality in handling luxury products.
