CRM Staff
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for luxury watch and fashion buyers
Execute CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push notification) to nurture leads and re-engage lapsed customers
Analyze customer behavior data to surface insights on purchase patterns, AOV, and churn risk
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless post-purchase communication
Set up CRM automation workflows and A/B test messaging to optimize engagement
Requirement & Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, Data,or a related field is typically required
1-3 years of experience in the Marketing Field, preferably in CRM. Top of the class fresh graduates or with internship experiences in CRM/Martech/Growth/Business field are also welcomed
Basic data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards
Experience with Digital Tools and Platforms, strong experience using e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Respond.io, Kiskas, MoEngage), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) will be a plus
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) will be a plus
