We are looking for a QC Specialist/Admin, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”
Responsibilities:
• Review and verify all product uploads (images, descriptions, specifications) before they go live on website and marketplaces
• Ensure product data is complete, accurate, and consistent with Luxehouze's listing standards (model reference, condition grade, accessories, provenance)
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or substandard content and coordinate corrections with the e-comm and content teams
• Maintain and update QC checklists and SOPs for different product categories (watches, bags, accessories)
• Conduct periodic audits of live listings to identify outdated or incorrect information
• Track QC metrics: error rate, correction turnaround time, and upload accuracy
• Support onboarding of new team members on listing quality standards
Requirement & Qualifications:
• A degree in any major, background in operations, quality assurance, or information management preferred
• 1-2 years experience in QC preferred, or content operations, catalog management, e-commerce back office roles. Top of the class fresh graduates or with internship experiences in any back office roles are also welcomed
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with CMS or product management tools will be a plus
• Keen eye for visual quality assessment (image resolution, framing, watermarks)
• Ability to follow and improve documented SOPs
