We are looking for a Product Researcher for our Singapore branch, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale, not just “execute tasks.” As a Product Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping product decisions by grounding them in deep customer and market insights. You will lead end-to-end research initiatives to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points across Luxehouze’s luxury buying and selling journey, spanning Watches, Fashion, and Beauty.

Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies in Singapore
Translate complex user behaviors into clear insights, opportunity areas, and product recommendations
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape product discovery, validation, and prioritization
Conduct research across multiple domains such as customer acquisition, conversion, trust, post-purchase experience, and internal tools
Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and insight repositories to support long-term product strategy
Support experimentation by defining research hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks
Present research findings confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and strategic decisions
Ensure research practices are ethical, unbiased, and aligned with Luxehouze’s luxury brand positioning
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Product Research, UX Research, UI/UX Design, Product Management or related fields, Business & Accounting
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to influence without authority
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple research streams
Fresh graduate/career mover is welcomed
Bonus if:
Can speak Indonesian, English, and Chinese fluently
Knowledgeable in luxury fashion business and trends
Experience in luxury, fashion, watches, or high-consideration purchases/e-commerce/OTA (online travel agent)
