We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:
Setting brand awareness strategies: Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
Evaluating the brand image from the consumers
Establish and maintain brand budgets
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Media Placement: Evaluate the effectiveness of all media campaign
Manage the media budget effectively by creating and maintaining project sheet.
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Sales enablement; Ensure that all retailers are kept up to date with current and new products launches as well as relevant support sales material (master catalogue, etc).
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns: Create Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold
Contribute to the achievement of the brand's annual growth by providing efficient Marketing support to Head of Marketing
Manage a team consisting of Brand Manager, Social Media, Event & Partnership
Requirement & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in digital/social media/KOL marketing/other related field
Deep understanding of marketing 360 activity, related to dynamic algorithms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end social media, and KOL/publisher collaboration process.
Data-driven with strong creative sensibility
Extensive local KOL & publisher contact base
Strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Wide knowledge of content references and trends
