Assist in day-to-day general administrative tasks of demand planning.
Maintain and organize and accurate records for all items data including pictures, description and pricing.
Curate product for campaign or promotion across all platforms.
Assist the manager with monthly pricing review to maintain competitiveness.
Maintain Aging Stock at most effective level & keep low for aging stock.
Liaise with Accounting & Sales team for making sure inventory reports are accurate and make adjustments when necessary
Liaise with Operations team to conduct a monthly stocktake (offline / on site)
Liase with E-commerce team to create a new SKU or edit existing SKU
Communicate with overseas suppliers to make complete purchase list
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years full-time working experience as an admin/similar role at fast-paced businesses such as tech startups / e-commerce / FMCG.
Experience in the FMCG/Beauty industry is preferred.
Have a strong passion and a great knowledge of current luxury beauty trends.
Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights for campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in English is required.
Proficient in using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
