Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day management of assigned Zoho One modules (CRM, Inventory, Desk), including configuration, workflow automation, and blueprint design

• Act as point of contact for internal stakeholder requests across Sales, Ops, and Merchandising, triaging tickets and translating them into clear requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate scope/trade-offs

• Write and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflow documentation

• Query databases using SQL to validate data, generate reports, and support dashboard/BI needs

• Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles together with the dev team

• Monitor module performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback

• Support broader Product initiatives (automation workflows, integrations) as needed

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, systems administration, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong internship/project experience may be considered)

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write intermediate to advanced queries

• Hands-on experience with Zoho One (CRM, Inventory, Deals, Books) or comparable CRM/ERP (Salesforce, hubspot, odoo) platforms strongly preferred

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into actionable product requirements

• Familiarity with agile/sprint methodologies and backlog management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams independently
