About Luxehouze

Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online-to-offline (O2O) go to market and demand generation strategies to drive luxury product sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with luxury brands, suppliers, and other stakeholders to expand the product portfolio and enhance the marketplace's offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new luxury products, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering top-notch experiences to luxury marketplace customers at every interaction.
  • Provide support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to effectively promote luxury products.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of strategic demand generation initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and business development efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, and/or product marketing, and/or strategic business roles in consultancy, FMCG, or technology companies.
  • Adaptable, data-driven, strong analytical & strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing successful strategies.
  • Proficiency in fundamental strategy and marketing principles, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and top management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate business opportunities, partnerships, and relationships.
  • Strong understanding or passion of luxury retail, high-end brands, and luxury market trends.
