Job Purpose
The HR Analyst is responsible for processing, maintaining, and translating HRGA data into accurate, reliable insights and dashboards to support decision-making across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organizational Development, and General Affairs. This role requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive employee and business data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Analytics
- Process and analyze monthly TA data, including recruiter productivity, hiring funnel metrics, monthly quarterly annual cost per hire, and PIP monitoring
- Track TA performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure confidentiality of individual-level recruiter and performance data
2. HRGA Dashboard & Data Management
- Build, maintain, and update HRGA dashboards using ATS and spreadsheet data sources
- Consolidate multiple data sources into a Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
- Ensure data accuracy, version control, and controlled access to sensitive datasets
3. Monthly HRGA Cadence & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HRGA reporting and analytics across TA, People Operations, and OD
- Validate data accuracy prior to management and leadership reporting
- Present insights clearly while maintaining appropriate data aggregation and confidentiality
4. OKR Data Integrity & Tracking
- Maintain and monitor OKR data across HRGA functions
- Ensure consistency between company, function, and individual OKRs
- Support performance and appraisal cycles with accurate and secure OKR data
5. Productivity, Cost & Overhead Analysis
- Support analysis on productivity, headcount efficiency, and people cost
- Assist in mapping sales productivity against cost and overhead data
- Handle cost-related and productivity data with strict confidentiality
6. Organizational Development (OD) Data & Insights
- Process and analyze engagement, satisfaction, and performance appraisal data
- Maintain anonymity and confidentiality for survey and feedback data
- Support OD initiatives through data-driven insights
7. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Leadership Decks
- Support ad-hoc data requests from HRGA leadership and management
- Prepare management-ready and leadership-ready analytical decks
- Apply data masking, aggregation, or anonymization where required
Requirement & Qualifications:
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, People Analytics, or Business/Data Analyst roles (with exposure to HR data is a plus)
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
- Experience with dashboard and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with ATS, survey data, performance, or OKR tracking systems
Confidentiality & Data Integrity (Mandatory)
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data, including performance, PIP, engagement, and cost-related information
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Strong attention to data accuracy, validation, and access control
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in line with company policies
