Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and present clear, concise financial narratives that translate complex data into strategic insights, driving informed decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, ensuring proactive financial management and optimization of resources for maximum social impact. - Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating closely with management across all business units to align financial plans with strategic objectives, emphasizing cost-effective strategies that maximize return on investment.
- Implement robust budget monitoring processes, analyzing variances and providing strategic recommendations for budget adjustments to optimize resource allocation, ensuring every Rupiah contributes to our mission.
- Craft detailed financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions, prioritizing innovative and sustainable financial solutions. - Cash Flow Management & Optimization:
- Proactively manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives, while maintaining a focus on long-term sustainability and mission impact.
- Oversee the management of receivables and payables, implementing strategies to improve working capital efficiency and minimize financial risk, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) related to cash flow, tracking financial health and social impact effectiveness. - Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and transparency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks, conducting regular audits and reviews, ensuring responsible use of resources dedicated to social impact.
- Document and maintain all financial policies and procedures, promoting accountability and transparency to our stakeholders. - Tax Planning & Compliance:
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Manage all tax filings and reporting, coordinating effectively with external tax advisors as needed, ensuring efficient and compliant tax management.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments, proactively optimizing our financial strategy. - Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Establish clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, inspiring the team to find innovative solutions. - Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in financial and accounting processes, leveraging technology and best practices, to maximize the impact of every resource.
- Drive automation and streamline financial workflows to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
- Implement and utilize financial software and tools effectively, optimizing our financial operations for efficiency and impact.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- University Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from reputable universities. CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial matters.
- Good understanding of cross-border transactions.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
