Product Support Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate QisQus platform with Zoho CRM. 

  • Build and implement chatbot solutions using Dialogflow.

  • Design and manage backend APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between QisQus and Zoho CRM. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of the systems.

  • Provide troubleshooting and support for any issues related to the integration.


Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Final year student from a top university 

  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to details

  • Proven experience in integrating platforms, especially QisQus and Zoho CRM.

  • Strong knowledge of Dialogflow for chatbot creation and configuration, especially on Whatsapp Business Channel.

  • Proficiency in backend API development for platform integration.

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
