Responsibilities:
Understand the business process and system flow
Understand Zoho systems
Create & implement Quality Assurance process on developed modules
Create scenario testing and UAT documents
Prepare training documents and conduct user training
Provide technical support & managing helpdesk for incoming request
Requirement & Qualifications:
STEM Bachelor or S1 (final year students with no class to attend / fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Good communication skills
Understanding basic SQL knowledge
Understanding of one programming language is a plus
Domicile in Greater Jakarta
Willing to work Hybrid and come to office (SCBD) at appointment schedule
