Product Support Intern - Quality Assurance

Work Type: Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business process and system flow

  • Understand Zoho systems

  • Create & implement Quality Assurance process on developed modules

  • Create scenario testing and UAT documents

  • Prepare training documents and conduct user training

  • Provide technical support & managing helpdesk for incoming request



Requirement & Qualifications:

  • STEM Bachelor or S1 (final year students with no class to attend / fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

  • Good communication skills

  • Understanding basic SQL knowledge

  • Understanding of one programming language is a plus

  • Domicile in Greater Jakarta

  • Willing to work Hybrid and come to office (SCBD) at appointment schedule
