Responsibilities:
- Handle existing B2B online community channels (WhatsApp & Telegram) for Indonesia.
- Maintain regular and consistent posting across platforms.
- Analyze channel performance and develop insights and strategies for improvement.
- Research, propose, and implement tools to improve communication efficiency.
- Support wider team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Canva.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
