Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill the staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all roles.
- Manage the junior talent acquisitions team, talent acquisition interns, and other assigned team members.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including resume review, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and readiness of work support equipment for new hires.
- Implement and monitor Objectives and Key Results aligned with the organizational goals that related with recruitment.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment performance metrics, providing regular reports to superiors as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition with a minimum of 5 years' experience in startup or recruitment agency.
- Experience leading a team of Talent Acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with legal requirements related to the hiring process.
- Proficiency in setting and monitoring OKRs/KPIs.
- Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Preferably available to commence within a short notice of less than a month.
