Commercial Strategy & Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling value propositions and implement strategies to maximize revenue across Core Products and Core Services (Consignment, Direct Sell, and Trade-In) business units.
  • Develop data-driven commercial strategies that are aligned with the company's overall vision and targets.
  • Co-strategize and plan all business units’ related activities, including go-to-market, expansion, customer promotions and operationalization.
  • Analyze P&L regularly and discuss with management on how to optimize the business units further.
  • Manage the overall commercial planning processes, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, competitors’ activities, and consumer preferences through regular primary and secondary research.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and growth on all fronts related to the business units.
Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial strategy and planning
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies that drive profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in relevant software (minimum Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Interest in the luxury market, consumer behavior, and brand management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
