Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling value propositions and implement strategies to maximize revenue across Core Products and Core Services (Consignment, Direct Sell, and Trade-In) business units.
- Develop data-driven commercial strategies that are aligned with the company's overall vision and targets.
- Co-strategize and plan all business units’ related activities, including go-to-market, expansion, customer promotions and operationalization.
- Analyze P&L regularly and discuss with management on how to optimize the business units further.
- Manage the overall commercial planning processes, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, competitors’ activities, and consumer preferences through regular primary and secondary research.
- Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and growth on all fronts related to the business units.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial strategy and planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in relevant software (minimum Excel or Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Interest in the luxury market, consumer behavior, and brand management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
