Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective digital sales strategies to reach business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for sales growth across various digital channels such as e-commerce websites, mobile apps, social media, and digital ads.
- Oversee online sales platforms (e-commerce, digital marketplaces, etc.).
- Collaborate with the digital & performance marketing team to drive traffic and increase online sales.
- Analyze sales performance and digital marketing data to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates across all digital sales platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital sales professionals, ensuring their development and success.
- Manage and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and improve customer loyalty.
- Coordinate & prepare sales forecasts and budgets for digital sales initiatives with marketing departments
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative digital sales tactics.
- Ensure that the digital sales team is responsive to customer inquiries and issues.
- Oversee product listings and ensure they are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Ensure products are stocked and available for sale across digital platforms.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field is typically required. A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Digital Marketing can be preferred.
- Proven Experience in Digital Sales/Marketing, Typically, 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Prior experience in managing digital sales teams or overseeing online sales channels is often required.
- Leadership Experience, experience in leading and managing a team of digital sales professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and OKRs.
- Experience with Digital Tools and Platforms, strong experience using e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
