Job Descriptions
  • Develop and integrate QisQus platform with Zoho CRM
  • Build and implement chatbot solutions using Dialogflow
  • Design and manage backend APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between QisQus and Zoho CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of the systems
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for any issues related to the integration

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in integrating platforms, especially QisQus and Zoho CRM
  • Strong knowledge of Dialogflow for chatbot creation and configuration, especially on Whatsapp Business Channel
  • Proficiency in backend API development for platform integration
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
