Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing plan to a detailed go-to-market execution for watches vertical.
- Run brand activations (e.g., partnership events, bazaar, private events, satellite booth, etc.) to raise awareness, develop consideration, and generate sales.
- Do thorough review and analysis for every initiative done and analyze the data for future improvements.
- Managing relevant stakeholders to ensure the marketing initiatives run smoothly.
- Lead of the brand, partnership, and activation team, taking ownership of all brand, partnership, and activation initiatives for watches, and are able to be a hands-on leader or individual when the team and the business need direct execution level.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands-on professional experience in brand marketing, campaign management, partnerships, offline activations, or other relevant fields.
- Proven track record of managing multiple successful projects in marketing, branding, partnership, and offline activation.
- Strong passion and knowledge of luxury watches and/or goods. Previous experience in managing luxury brands is good to have.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills – highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize accordingly.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling, combined with the ability to process and interpret data to develop evidence-based strategies.
- Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is good to have.
- Highly self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution.
- Preferably someone who’s experienced in running offline events, have connections to vendors and/or partners and have managed a team of staffs/executives before.
