Responsibilities:
  • Assist in inputting order details into the system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the input and tracking of shipment details to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Verify and input shipment invoices, ensuring all data is accurate and properly recorded.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and shipments for easy access and reference.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office administration, particularly in purchasing and logistics.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant office software.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Good command of English is an advantage, especially for handling international shipments and communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
