Responsibilities:
- Assist in inputting order details into the system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the input and tracking of shipment details to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Verify and input shipment invoices, ensuring all data is accurate and properly recorded.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and shipments for easy access and reference.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, particularly in purchasing and logistics.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant office software.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Good command of English is an advantage, especially for handling international shipments and communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
