What You Will Drive
In this role, you will be accountable for:
Sales Performance Analysis
• Analyze sales data (revenue, AOV, conversion rate, sell-through, productivity)
• Identify performance gaps by product category, store, or salesperson
• Monitor OKRs vs. targets and highlight risk/opportunity areas
• Provide actionable insights to Sales Head and Top Management
• Build dashboards and recurring performance reports
CRM & Clienteling Optimization
• Ensure CRM adoption and data accuracy
• Monitor clienteling KPIs (new clients acquired, repeat rate, reactivation, UPT)
• Segment clients (VIP, high potential, dormant, etc.)
• Track campaign performance and ROI
• Recommend data-driven client engagement strategies
Sales Target Planning & Incentive Support
• Support target setting by: Category (e.g., watch vs. fashion), Store, Sales associate
• Model different commission scenarios
• Analyze incentive effectiveness
• Ensure fairness and alignment with company strategy
Sales Tools & Process Improvement
• Optimize sales reporting templates
• Improve forecasting accuracy
• Standardize sales pipeline tracking
• Identify inefficiencies in sales workflow
• Support implementation of new sales systems or tools
Training & Knowledge Support
• Identify skill gaps using performance data
• Work with Training team on:
• Product knowledge gaps
• Selling technique gaps
• CRM usage gaps
• Measure training impact on performance
Product & Merchandising Insights
• Analyze: Best sellers, Slow movers, Cross-selling opportunities
• Support product allocation decisions
• Recommend bundle strategies (especially useful if high AOV items dominate focus)
Forecasting & Planning
• Monthly / quarterly revenue forecasting
• Trend analysis by category
• Seasonal demand projection
• Scenario modeling (best case, base case, worst case)
What We’re Looking For
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
● 4–7 years of experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or commercial performance roles.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights
● Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
