Admin Staff (Night Shift, Remote)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day general administrative tasks.
  • Regularly monitor, organize, and update all items data including product and pricing information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks for merchandising, such as maintaining documents related to items and inventory.
  • Dealing with suppliers from overseas regarding products and pricing.

Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Business, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and understand sales figures
  • Ability to work under pressure and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Preferably from Retail Industry.
  • Availability to work night shift. The working hours typically start at 9pm and end at 6am.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English.
