Responsibilities:

Handle product assortment, category analysis & planning, monitor and update pricing information to ensure accuracy and relevance
Handle inventory management, vendor relationship management
Set and adjust product prices based on pricing strategy, cost considerations, and competitive positioning
Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for improvement
Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to projects managed by the merchandising team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Business, or equivalent
Experience in Beauty Industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills and understand sales figures
Ability to work under pressure and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
Min. 3 - 5 years of experiences in merchandising/product planning in retail company
Flexible to work outside office hours and on weekends if needed
