Responsibilities:
- Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics
- Generate new business opportunities on an assigned territory, manage pipeline, opportunities, and other items related to normal outside sales function
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Build and garner the digital community by replying to inquiries promptly.
- Provide feedback to the team to continually improve content quality.
- Monitoring sales flow, stock, and shipment.
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new products and services through digital channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Presenting Luxehouze's products through various digital channels, including websites, social media accounts, email newsletters, etc
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data, such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates
- Providing service through our digital platforms to buyers by answering inquiries about our products and services
- Identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from Luxehouze's products and services
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a sales or a relevant role in luxury watch business is a big plus
- Upstanding knowledge related to luxury brands products information, especially luxury watches and bags
- Familiarity with digital tools to respond online inquiries, such as website, email, and social media
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Energetic and outgoing interpersonal
- Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy
- Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team
- Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
