Responsibilities:
● Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing data.
● Accurately input and update data into our company databases according to established procedures.
● Assist the team with basic database management tasks, including data cleanup and organization.
● Run basic SQL queries to retrieve information and data inputs.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure data is handled securely and efficiently.
● Document processes and maintain records of data entry and corrections.
Requirements:
● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of databases and SQL principles. Must be able to perform simple queries.
● Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● An eager and proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
● Proactive in asking for clarification and reporting on the status of tasks.
