Responsibilities
- Plan and develop creative strategies or arrangements that align with business objectives.
- Translate and execute creative briefs into creative deliverables for multiple channels.
- Lead and inspire creative teams: Design and Production Teams. To produce high-quality creative deliverables.
- Ensure the brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all channels.
- Ensure all creative deliverables are in line with our creative guidelines.
- Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns for print, digital, and social media.
- Take ownership of all creative works and able to be the hands-on leader when the team and the business need a direct execution level.
- Provide insightful and impactful creative thoughts to improve the works, and develop the creative team, and the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any related field in Creative, Communication, Media, or Marketing,
- Has 6 to 8 years of creative role experience with a minimum of 4 years in leadership level.
- Proven track record in managing more than 4 team members from junior to senior staff level and also doing multiple projects at one time.
- Proven portfolio in managing/launching certain creative productions/projects/campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution.
- Open for candidates coming from direct Brands, Agency, or Production House.
