Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document business requirements.
Assisting in business processes research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury industry helping identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions, focusing on customer insights, sales performance, and market trends.
Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, etc to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress and changes.
Recent graduates from a top reputable university, majoring in IT, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably has previous internship experiences with related role.
Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) adjusting the company setting.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc).
Fluent in Google Spreadsheet or Ms. Excel.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
Quick learner and adept at understanding information systems and applications.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively.
Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
