Responsibilities:
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards to aid decision-making processes.
Analyzing various metrics including conversion rates, target percentages, and other relevant indicators.
Assisting in creating and analyzing BAU report from growth department
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis.
Analyze sales data for various luxury product categories to derive insights and identify areas for improvement.
Conducting comprehensive data gathering for both retail and digital sales channels.
Provide support for broader initiatives within the CEO Office, including project management tasks and coordination efforts as needed
Requirement & Qualifications:
Final year student or waiting for graduation from a reputable university, studying Industrial Engineering, Economy, Management, Finance, or others related.
Preferably has previous internship experience, understand basic P&L & business report.
Willing to WFO if needed and domiciled in Jabodetabek.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, PowerPoint).
Intermediate in Ms Excel - Data analyzing Formula (Lookup, Pivot, etc).
Excellent critical and analytical thinking, attention to details.
Quick learner and adept at understanding information systems and applications.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities.
Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively.
