Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
- Analyze and correct discrepancies.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Contribute to the development and forecasting of operating budgets and performance.
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Manage the tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Prepare all tax papers regularly and handle all information data requests.
- Be proficient in PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, 4(2), PPN, and eSPT calculations.
- Monitor all financial activities, including invoicing, AR/AP, etc.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience and proven working as a Assistant Manager, Public Accountant, or a similar role.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to read and analyze financial reports.
- Preferably have Brevet A and B certificates.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, taxation software, and databases.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
- Strong analytical, communication skills and sound problem-solving skills.
