Responsibilities:
Lead platform improvement initiatives to enhance system scalability, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to define and execute product strategies.
Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for end-to-end (E2E) project delivery.
Serve as the technical liaison, bridging the gap between product requirements and engineering solutions.
Break down complex problems into actionable steps, providing detailed plans and execution guidance.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for platform enhancement.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating product updates, challenges, and opportunities to ensure buy-in and alignment.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, iterate on features, and optimize the user experience.
Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong generalist background.
Proven track record of leading E2E projects in a startup environment.
Previous experience as a Technical Product Manager or a close collaboration with engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create step-by-step solutions for complex challenges.
Background in project management, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
