Responsibilities:
- Identify and source luxury products that align with market trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and luxury brands.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new products and suppliers.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to inform product selection and sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or payment with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and sourcing activities.
- Manage the sourcing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiencies and value for money.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing luxury products.
- Proven track record of successful product sourcing and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Proficiency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards for luxury products in Hong Kong.
