Luxehouze, a marketplace for 100% authentic luxury goods, is looking for a Client Advisor. You will be in charge of assisting our exclusive clientele in making purchases at our store. You will also be in charge of organizing our day-to-day operations at our high-end luxury boutique.
In this role, you will be entitled to two days off a week, following retail operational days and hours. Additionally, you can look forward to attractive salary, commission, and great welfare benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales & customer services in boutique to achieve sales targets
- Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Assist in daily operations and perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Singapore citizen, SPR, or holding a legal pass to working in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
- Luxury retail sales experience will be an added advantage
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Meticulous, detailed and organized
