Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive sales performance and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage store P&L, including setting sales targets, monitoring budgets, and driving profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic adjustments.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance overall sales efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering a personalized and premium shopping experience to promote brand loyalty and retention.
  • Manage and supervise the retail sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the attainment of sales objectives and the maintenance of high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute sales plans that align with Luxehouze's overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions for the sales team to ensure product knowledge and customer service skills are continually updated and improved.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and brand partners, ensuring a seamless product flow and brand representation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential store locations with high customer traffic and brand alignment.
  • Develop and oversee pre-opening plans, staffing, inventory management, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the scouting process, analyzing demographics, competitor landscape, and lease terms.
Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through successful collaborations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
  • Experience in planning and executing joint campaigns and offline activations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in managing Profit and Loss for a business unit.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Open to working at the office and traveling both within Indonesia and internationally.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
