Job Descriptions:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and luxury retail standards.
Perform and manage product authentication, quality control, and basic servicing of luxury items.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, inventory accuracy, and prepare regular reports.
Manage stock control, accessories inventory, packing, and delivery coordination.
Support in-store and digital sales (photos, livestreams, customer viewings) with professional product handling.
Guide and train junior team members; ensure consistent authentication and operational standards.
Handle high-value items with discretion, strong risk awareness, and compliance with SOPs.
Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Jurnal, Zoho, or similar).
Requirements:
1-2 years experiences in store operation, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
Good notion in verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia. English is an asset.
High attention to details.
Able to take direction and work as a team.
Able to manage time and multiple tasks.
Clear communication skills.
Eager to learn new things.
High integrity and trustworthy.
High stamina or used to high physical labor.
Owns driving license and passport.
Able to operate laptop using Microsoft Office/Google Spreadsheet.
