Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager and VP with all data and analysis needs for the watch business
- Work closely with the central BI team to request, validate, and interpret data
- Pull, analyse, and synthesise data related to sales, retention, PO, customer behaviour, and operations
- Translate raw data into clear insights, charts, and tables for decision-making
- Prepare structured, executive-ready decks and materials for leadership reviews
- Track key metrics, initiatives, and progress against targets
- Support ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving for special projects as needed
Requirement & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and imperfect datasets
- Able to structure analysis clearly and communicate insights simply
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and working under tight timelines
- Prior exposure to consulting, startups, or fast-growing companies is a strong plus
- Experience in consumer, retail, marketplace, or e-commerce businesses is a plus
