Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Marketing Strategies to grow multiple categories in order to scale our business by utilizing multiple channels like Digital Marketing, Offline Brand Activations, CRM, and Product Development.
- Become the Project Manager of all growth initiatives by taking care of the project timeline, end to end or deep dive analysis, and related team’s alignment.
- Manage the prioritization of all projects and actively involved with the budget planning for all growth marketing efforts.
- Create a comprehensive plan on improving full funnel metrics and responsible to develop a strategy for demand generation (acquisition & retention).
- Work closely with the Digital Growth and Retail Growth Team to run the project - that consist of multiple disciplines like Branding, Ecommerce, Sales, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative, and Engineering-Product-Design.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from any related field in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience as a Growth Specialist or Manager.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects in marketing or growth.
- Proven track record in running successful growth projects.
- Strong with data and proficient in using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Having an Ecommerce or other Tech Companies background is a plus.
