Sales Admin Staff

Work Type: Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitating all sales administration tasks, including both selling and buying activities.
  • Generating and issuing invoices, as well as diligently following up on customer payments. 
  • Ensuring data compliance for all transactions. 
  • Conducting weekly payment reconciliations. 
  • Performing monthly stocktaking procedures. 
  • Managing document filing efficiently. 
  • Safeguard database accessibility for accountability

Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in daily operations in Retail Business is preferable.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office based apps (Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint) 
  • Have previous experience in ERP / Operating System (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamic, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, etc) 
  • Meticulous and high work standard 
  • Supportive person
