Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and data warehouses.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, dashboards, and reports to aid in data analysis and decision-making.
- Create and present reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks and scorecards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in identifying business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through regular data quality assessments and cleansing activities.
- Identify and address data inconsistencies and anomalies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Having more than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a business intelligence or data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Lookr.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data patterns and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
- Understanding of business processes and operations. Having experiences working in inventory analysis or retail will be a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
