Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly web designs that align with Luxehouze's brand identity.
- Propose innovative design solutions to improve site engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design solutions, and present design updates to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance the usability and accessibility of the Luxehouze platform.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Luxehouze’s web presence modern and competitive.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects, highlighting your ability to create elegant, user-centric designs.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
- Available to commit a minimum of 20 working hours per week, with flexibility to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Output-oriented approach, focusing on achieving project goals and high-quality results.
- Based in Indonesia is mandatory.
