Responsibilities:
Own and define key problem statements for the watch business, the company’s largest revenue contributor
Support the Senior Manager in shaping overall business strategy and priorities
Translate strategy into clear initiatives, workplans, and milestones
Act as day-to-day project owner and PMO to ensure initiatives are executed on time
Work closely with business unit heads and functional teams (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Ops, Customer Experience, Procurement) to drive execution
Align multiple stakeholders and unblock issues without direct authority
Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and prepare structured updates for leadership
Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution with measurable business impact
Requirement & Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or special projects roles
Background in consulting with experience transitioning into an operating or execution-focused role
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Data-literate and comfortable using data to support decision-making (with analyst support)
Experience in consumer, retail, marketplace, or luxury businesses is a strong plus
Role is based in Jakarta and requires close collaboration with multiple business units
Prefer candidates with consulting background who have successfully transitioned into operating roles
