Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Define content pillars and segmentations to guide content creation and distribution efforts.
- Create editorial calendars to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of content assets, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all content initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize content processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related industry minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Decent skill in both speaking and writing in English (minimum conversational level).
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital media
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
- Experienced in being the host/talent for social media content.
- Passionate in the luxury industry or luxury watch.
